THE AIR DOCTOR specialises in compressed air filtration systems, compressed air quality testing and certification, dew point measuring, air mover systems, provision of maintenance programs, compressed air audits, supply and maintenance of sub-micron filters,  condensate management, military applications including breathing air, critical drying of airwave guide CAS-STIR radar systems, corrosion control and Rapid Dry solutions for pipelines, tanks, transformer oil, aircraft fuel and engines.

1. ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance

THE AIR DOCTOR pays particular attention to the supply of quality services to their customers’ exact requirements and specifications.   THE AIR DOCTOR is fully committed to not only enhancing customer satisfaction, but also continual improvement of their own Quality Management System and quality objectives.

2. ISO 14001:2004 Environmental

The Air Doctor is totally committed to achieving the highest management standards with particular emphasis placed upon safety, safe working practices, protection of the environment and continuous improvement of the skills of all employees.

The commitment to Quality and Safety and the Environment includes the provision of safe working practices, a safe working environment, prevention of pollution, establishing safeguards against all identified risks, evaluating audit results, analysing the cause of non-conformances and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions.

These high standards of work and safety will be achieved by operating to an integrated Quality/Safety and Environment Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OH&S legislation.

Operations will be in compliance with Australian Standards and environmental rules, regulations and applicable legislation.  Quality including safety and the protection of the environment is the responsibility of everyone working for and on behalf of THE AIR DOCTOR.

3. ISO 18001:2007 OH & S

The Air Doctor is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for employees, contractors, clients and members of the public.  In doing so, THE AIR DOCTOR will comply with all relevant legislation, codes of practice and standards. THE AIR DOCTOR shall ensure that all equipment and work environments are safe.  

Integral to achieving safe systems of work are operating procedures and supervision, which are contained in THE AIR DOCTOR’s OH&S & Resource Management Procedures.

THE AIR DOCTOR shall ensure that all staff have the necessary support and resources to meet their obligations of responsibility, accountability and authority for Occupational Health and Safety.
